Let me first introduce myself, my name is Michael J. Duddy and I am the owner of MJD Consulting. I have always believed that a person must be qualified to perform any skilled job, therefore, I have provided you with some of my qualifications. The following is a list of my computer experitise:

•  25 years of computer building experience

•  Extensive knowledge of these operating systems (OS): Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows 98 & (SE), Windows 95, Windows 3.0, DOS

•  Microsoft Certified

•  Workable knowledge of Mac OS

•  Extensive knowledge of current computer hardware including: Current (and dated) Multi-core processors, Video Cards, SSD Hard Drives, SATA, CD/DVD burners, laptops, as well as essential peripherals (printers, scanners, digital cameras, etc.)

•  Laptop repairs including screen replacements & upgrades

•  Effective troubleshooting of most hardware and software problems and conflicts (even of systems not built by us including screen issues & non-workings systems)
